12 Key point which Kawasaki taught to Steve Job (Founder of apple)

Today I was watching some inspirational video by Kawasaki who has given some business fact to Steve Job.
Kawasaki  guy is known for his support in innovation and Entrepreneurship and Steve Jobs is the person behind apple, we all know him for his innovative products. 

1. Experts are clueless. 
These people can't help you in making you a excellent product. People  you declare themselves as "GURU" needed to avoid.

2. Customer are clueless
 They actually don't know what they want. You should not listen to customers.

3. Biggest challenges beget the best work.
 Apple enabled their employees to do the best work of their career.

4. Design counts
 It may value to only 10% of the people but it counts.

5. Big graphics, Big fonts
 Keep it short and simple.

6. Jump curves, not sameness
 You do things 10% better but what matter doing 10 times better. Like going from ice breaker to ice factory to Refrigerator. 

7. Work or does't work at all
 Like iPhone had not permitted third party apps in beginning. So they all had software installed from plugin.

8. Value is different from money
 If you compete in price you may decrease the value.

9. A players hire A player

10. Real CEO can Demo
 They can actually demo their own products

11. Real Entrepreneurs ships
  They can ship those things which can have carpiness but has changed curves.

12. Some things need to believed and to be believed to be seen.
